Thompson Creek
We removed a wall where the beam is and installed a beam and post to carry the load. This opened the kitchen up to the family room giving the family a place for everyone to gather. The customer chose to have the quartz material added to the backsplash. with a Brown Farm sink int he large island next to the white quartz. floor is Bella Wood that is a wood laminate, we had to remove ceramic tile and prep the subfloor to make it work. We added under mount lights to the wall cabinets, toe kick area, and inside the top cabinets with glass. The recessed lights and red pendants gave this kitchen its final touch.
Moore
We removed the old oak finished cabinets and added a new design incorporating the dining room space to make one large eat in kitchen. The cabinets are Bertch shaker style lighthouse Gray. The island cabinets are Bertch Plus cobalt blue.
Bay Meadows
The picture for this project does not do it justice it turned out amazing this is a home on Kent Island we remodeled the whole kitchen and kept the original floor. This is a lighthouse gray shaker. The island is custom we had to make the sides out of panels so they would extend out past the cabinets. Another farm sink we love those.
Schlude
This project we removed a wall that separated the kitchen from the dining room and built one big kitchen. Because it was two separate room the space was a bit narrow so we decided to install two islands one for food prep and one for entertaining and it worked out perfect. The homeowner decided to go with the lights that changes colors under their cabinets
Spector
We removed the old kitchen which was a step up from the living room. we framed the sunken living room up to the same level as the kitchen and created on large kitchen
Wallace
Completely changed this whole space with bottom cabinets that are Driftwood and the top cabinets are White shaker style doors.
Mills
Removed a wall and added Gray wall cabinets and Blue base cabinets. New LVP floor, custom island with wine rack.
